Azzure Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Azzure Media," "we," "us," or "our") is a programmatic digital advertising vendor providing campaign management services to WPP Media and its agency and brand clients ("Agency," "Clients"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with (i) our corporate website, and (ii) the advertising services we provide on behalf of Agency and Clients.
1. Who We Are
Azzure Media Pvt. Ltd. is headquartered in Noida, India, with an affiliated entity, AD2Martech, operating in the UAE. We provide programmatic advertising, web delivery, mobile delivery, and mobile sales services, including an in-house Native Desk and PMP Desk (Pixiflux), across major global markets.
2. Our Role: Processor, Not Controller
In the course of providing advertising services to Agency and its Clients, Azzure Media acts as a Processor (or equivalent term, such as Service Provider under the CCPA). We process Personal Data strictly in accordance with the purposes, targeting parameters, and instructions defined by Agency or its Clients. We do not independently determine the purposes or means of processing Personal Data collected through advertising campaigns.
The Controller (or Business, under the CCPA) of this data is typically the Agency, its Client, or the publisher/app on whose digital property the data is collected.

We do not use this data for content personalisation, and we do not use it to identify a user's precise geographical location.
5. Legal Basis / Consent
As a Processor, we rely on consent obtained by Agency, its Clients, or the relevant publisher/app (via their own Consent Management Platform) prior to our processing of Personal Data for the purposes described above. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards with Agency, Clients, and our platform partners to protect data transferred internationally.
8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data processed on behalf of Agency and its Clients only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, in accordance with Agency/Client instructions and applicable contractual and legal requirements.
9. Your Rights
Because Azzure Media acts as a Processor for advertising data, requests to exercise data subject rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or objection) in relation to advertising identifiers should generally be directed to the Controller (the relevant Agency, Client, or publisher/app). We will support Agency and Clients in responding to such requests as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
For requests relating to information you submitted directly to us via our corporate website, please contact us using the details in Section 12.
10. US Privacy Rights (CCPA and Other State Laws)
Where applicable US state privacy laws apply, Azzure Media acts as a Service Provider (or equivalent term) to the Business (Agency/Client). We process Personal Information only for the business purposes disclosed in this policy and as instructed by the Business, and we do not sell or share Personal Information as defined under the CCPA. Consumer rights requests (e.g. right to know, delete, or opt out) relating to advertising data should be directed to the relevant Business; we will support the Business in fulfilling such requests as required.
